Yves Roger MELINGUI

Senior Advisor of the Director General of PAK

Yves Roger MELINGUI is currently the Senior Advisor of the Director General of PAK in charge of coordinating strategic projects, in particular the development of the 1,500 hectares-Kribi Port Integrated Industrial Zone in public-private partnership mode. After starting his career in Paris in financial and strategic consulting within KPMG and Accenture, more than 15 years ago, Yves Roger MELINGUI joined the Operational Unit of the steering committee for the construction of the Kribi industrial-port complex as a Financial Analyst. Then, from the start of PAK's activities, he assumed the functions of Head of the Financial Engineering Unit then Head of the Studies, Projects and Cooperation Division. These various positions have notably enabled him to carry out studies, structuring and mobilizing financing for most of the infrastructure projects relating to the development of the port of Kribi as well as the

negotiation and monitoring-evaluation of the various concession contracts.

Yves Roger MELINGUI is a graduate of EDHEC Business School (France) Major in Finance and holds a master's degree in economics.
