Louis became the Leading Pioneer in the Continental Advocacy on AfCFTA IN Ghana and Africa. Through APN he set the Trailblazer for AfCfta CSOs and Private sector Organizations. He is an International Trade Practitioner and African continental Free Trade Area Expert (AfCFTA ). APN Group is the

premier and largest international Non-Governmental Organization established to lead the private sector initiative on the Sensitization, Advocacy, Research, Investment and capacity building on the

implementation of the AfCFTA .

Currently Louis is a member of the Technical Expert on the African Union SMEs Ecosystems project .(STC) in collaboration with Expertise France Louis was the lead Consultant to ACET / ROCKEFELLER USA on Domestication of AfCFTA Protocols Project.

Louis had been part of the consultative Experts who participated in the workings on the Cfta, now the African continental free trade. Being the pioneer in the Sensitization, advocacy and private sector drive on AfCFTA ta in Ghana and in Africa which received commendation from the chief Technical Advisor of AfCFTA. His expertise focuses on, private sector, Entrepreneurship, innovation and policy success under AFCTA. A A

former Finance manager of a large multi - million-dollar Retail company E.S.L who transformed the revenue base of the firm. Former Country director of MIP UK , Ghana office ,an international Management Exchange program.

He is a Member of Ghana's Ministry of Trade and Industry's Technucal Working Group on AfCFTA ,that Worked on the National Policy Framework. Louis yaw afful has recently been Appointed UNYA Ghana Ambassador on Sustainable Trade & AfCTA Coordination Trade for UNYA Ghana.

Louis has been An international sought after Speaker and he has featured on several international media organizations, the BBC, CNBC , DW, eNCA, CGTN and other National media channels. louis sits on international boards, including SEEDS DUBAI, WCO, and other National organizations including, Ghana Chamber of SMEs.
